Lead CSR

The role of the CSR Lead is to perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the various departments within Connected Cannabis Distribution. The CSR Lead will act as onsite day to day point person for the CSR team, with direction from the Manager, Order Fulfillment. 

• →Invoice and Manifest all outbound shipments
• →Verify and file inbound paperwork
• →Update invoices and manifests to reflect shortages or overages
• →Submit Certificate of Analysis with all outbound shipments
• →Update delivery calendar
• →Review and file completed manifests
• →Data entry into WMS
• →Understands, supports, and communicates Company mission, vision, and values.
• →Understands and follows the requirements of the quality system.
• →Initiates actions as necessary to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance related to the product, process, or the quality system.
• →Identifies and documents any problems related to the product, process, or the quality system.
• →Recommends, provides, or initiates solutions by actively providing suggestions for improvement.  
• →Inputting orders as directed 
• →Managing orders through Acumatica (ERP) and communicating order status, changes, delivery dates and times with customers and Connected sales and operations teams
• →Answering customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• →Communicating via calls, text, and email with customers for support needs
• →Collaborates with Sales Representatives on customer and vendor inquiries and issues.
• →Manages customer issues and provides creative solutions to address problems and opportunities
• →Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• →Staying informed about competing products and services.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• →Supports the Manager, Order Fulfillment  by communicating and supporting priority tasks to a team of CSRs, and providing ongoing training to the team
• →Always upholds compliance and regulatory requirements; maintains the reputation of the company
• →Protects employees and customers by providing a safe, positive and clean work environment
• →Acting as point person between CSR & Distro teams
• →Administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by Distribution Leadership
• →Other duties may be assigned

• Must be 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years administrative or clerical experience in highly regulated industry
• Experience in the cannabis industry highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage projects and multi-task
• Adaptability and resilience to change
• Calm under pressure
• Compliance focused
