Activation QC Specialist

As an Activation QC Specialist at Conservice, you will audit the work our internal Activations team completes. Your objective is to provide proper and timely feedback to our team to correct behaviors and trends to ensure we provide a world-class experience for our clients.   

As an Activations QC Specialist, you will: 

• →Learn and follow complex, unique, and different methodologies to QC work being done by our Activators, to meet client needs by navigating different documents, programs, and websites almost simultaneously
• →Quality check that utility requests with utility providers through phone, email, fax, and online are done accurately and efficiently. 
• →Resolve urgent Quality requests in a timely manner
• →Provide feedback through notes and messages to team members through Conservice software, professional written correspondence is expected
• →Maintain relationships with Leadership and team members through direct professional contact and communication
• →Low phone usage - There will be some instances where you are able to contact a Provider to gain clarity on a Quality check you are performing. Less than  5% of your job will be on the phone.
• →Expected to complete multiple Quality check requests. 
• →Able to maintain a strong workflow while shifting priorities appropriately.
