We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven, team-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team! Reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will own the full recruitment process for a wide range of functions across our France, UK, and US offices, from sourcing to offer, in close partnership with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Source profiles for open positions across diverse fields (Ops, Sales, etc.) based in France, the UK & the US.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and make each recruitment process a successful team achievement.
- →Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- →Ensure every candidate has a great experience, by being proactive, clear, and providing consistent follow-up.
- →Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing/screening to offer extension.
- →Contribute to employer brand initiatives and act as a Convelio ambassador, helping spread our values
- →Work on internal projects (interview training, unconscious bias training, diversity & inclusion, etc.).
- →Track metrics and provide regular reports on our recruiting activity.
- →Keep a close watch on AI innovations and emerging use cases in talent acquisition, and help drive their adoption to continuously improve our recruitment process.
- →Improve existing recruitment processes and suggest new ideas to strengthen our talent acquisition activities.
- You have at least 2-3 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally gained in a fast-growing startup.
- You have successfully managed full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer, across multiple functions and geographies.
- You are skilled at sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outbound approaches.
- You build trusting relationships easily with hiring managers and candidates alike, and know how to guide and influence stakeholders throughout the process.
- You are highly organised and able to juggle a high volume of open roles and candidates at once without losing attention to detail.
- You are positive, curious, self-motivated, and hands-on, and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment.
- You are fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a genuine interest in employer branding and continuously improving recruitment processes.
