Responsibilities

→Implement and integrate risk management procedures across the enterprise.
→Ensure monitoring and testing of business continuance procedures.
→Respond proactively to system failures and build processes to minimize downtime.
→Develop service level risk management agreements with the business and vendors.
→Manage and mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff.
→Lead multiple, complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
→Report to senior management, such as a corporate risk management officer or Chief Information Officer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of IT and business work experience, including managing large-scale IT infrastructure and support functions.
Experience in risk management, process re-engineering, or improvement.
Experience managing teams and projects.
Middle-level management experience, working under general direction of senior management.
