Responsibilities

→Define and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.
→Manage and ensure the quality of deliverables through a methodology-driven quality plan.
→Oversee the project completion process through customer acceptance.
→Collaborate with business unit managers and form alliances on projects and operational decisions.
→Resolve scheduling requirements/conflicts and clarify vendor contracts.
→Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
→Coach and mentor junior management staff and senior technical staff.
→Report frequently to a Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management, and related disciplines/processes.
Proven ability to provide strategic direction and accountability for IT functional/departmental results.
Strong leadership skills with a history of coaching and mentoring staff.
