A Client Advocate Manager (CAM) shares the same responsibility as an Account Manager; they work as a team to exceed their sales goals. The CAM works closely with its Account Managers to identify Top Strategic Accounts and Top Prospect accounts growing the business by identifying new opportunities and co-selling. CAMs primarily work remotely assisting their Account Managers that are mostly on the road working together to strategically and efficiently cater to their customer base with ongoing opportunities and follow-ups as needed.
