Senior Scheduler
Position Summary:
Provides detailed oversight and reporting for contractor schedule submittals. Monitors critical path activities, logic structures, and schedule interfaces. Updates the project schedule monthly, performs variance analysis, recommends recovery strategies, prepares schedule forecasts, and evaluates logic structures and interfaces. The position reports in a matrix organization to the Program Scheduling Manager and the Project Commercial Manager, highlighting schedule slippage and other schedule-related issues while working collaboratively to develop mitigation actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Expert proficiency with Primavera P6
- Strong schedule analysis skills
- Extensive construction scheduling experience
- Experience in forensic schedule and claims analysis is highly desirable
Preferred Professional Credentials:
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®)
- Project Management Professional (PMP®)
- AACE Certified Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP®)
- AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP®) (beneficial if combined with scheduling experience)
Work Location: On-site at multiple project locations in the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area.
Salary Range: $145,600 – $187,200 YR
