• →Analyze current system and process and define future business needs
• →Build program roadmaps, and phased goals for execution
• →Partner with Leaders, and business managers on development, user testing and implementation
• →Create workflows, training, milestone management, exception reporting, dashboards and performance reports
• →Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• →Monitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders

• 8+ years of E‑commerce experience in program management, system development, or business project management roles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data‑driven mindset with solid business logic
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
