Construction Estimating Career Coach

CourseCareers is an online education platform that helps people launch new careers without a college degree or prior experience.

We partner with industry professionals to create job-focused courses that teach practical, employer-aligned skills across technology, business, construction, and the trades. Our students are career changers looking for realistic, entry-level roles — and coaching helps bridge the gap between coursework and landing the job.

We’re looking for a part-time Construction Estimating Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching.

This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position. It’s a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for construction estimating professionals who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the field — with upside if students choose to work with you.

• You host a live, one-hour workshop (seminar-style) for students

• You are paid $50 per workshop, plus any private coaching business you acquire

• You may receive exclusive coaching opportunities based on performance and engagement

• Workshops are used to provide value, answer questions, and showcase your expertise

• If students choose to book you for 1:1 coaching, you keep the coaching revenue

• You set your own availability and working hours

There is no requirement to convert students — workshops are paid regardless — but conversion is where the upside comes from.
