You’ll set the tone for elevated, high-energy service while developing a team that delivers memorable dining experiences from the first greeting to the final encore.   🎤 What You’ll Do Lead the Floor• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.• Be a visible, hands-on leader, setting the pace and jumping in wherever needed. Inspire the Team• Recruit, train, and coach a dynamic team of service professionals.• Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and collaboration. Deliver Exceptional Experiences• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.• Ensure every experience reflects Hard Rock’s signature energy and hospitality. Drive Performance• Manage labor, costs, and inventory to meet financial goals.• Support revenue-driving initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies.
