・営業同行による顧客提案

・学術情報収集

・学会発表 等

（以下のいずれかの経験必須）

・化学、工学、またはその他の技術分野の修士卒以上

・UV硬化性樹脂、半導体レジスト、光学材料、コーティング材料等の関連分野での製品開発·研究開発の経験が３年以上ある方　（※ポスドクとしての研究経験でも可）

・有機材料の開発経験、有機化学合成の経験がある方

・有機化学、高分子化学、材料科学の基礎知識をお持ちの方

（歓迎）

・関連分野での博士号取得者

・合成、配合設計、サンプル作製、物性評価までの一連の経験をお持ちの方

・ラボスケール以上のポリマー合成と有機材料の配合の経験がある方

・チームでの業務が円滑にできるためのコミュニケーション能力を有している方

・課題解決に向けて粘り強く業務を遂行できる方

・自ら主体的に行動·発言ができる積極性のある方

・英語の勉強意欲のある方(入社時の英語力は不問です)

・Possesses the communication skills necessary to work smoothly within a team

・Able to persistently carry out tasks toward resolving issues

・Proactive and willing to take initiative in actions and communication

・Motivated to learn English (no specific English proficiency required at the time of hiring)
