Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineer to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industrial water treatment industry, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to water treatment processes, equipment design, and system optimization. Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components for industrial water treatment projects, ensuring they meet operational requirements and sustainability goals. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical systems with other project elements, including electrical, chemical, and structural components. Lead the analysis, selection, and customization of mechanical equipment and technologies to optimize water treatment processes. Manage the mechanical aspects of projects from conception through to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Perform rigorous quality control and assurance on mechanical designs and installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. A minimum of five years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, specifically within the industrial water treatment industry or a similar field. Profound knowledge of mechanical design, fluid dynamics, and system integration as applied to water treatment processes. Proficiency with CAD software and mechanical simulation tools. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
