Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is entering an exciting new chapter.
Due to significant growth within our community, the College is proud to announce it's expansion into Years 11 (in 2027) and 12 (in 2028), offering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), VCE VM and VET.
Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs currently provides education to over 1100 students in Melbourne’s West, with predicted enrolments of 1600 students by 2028.
The Daily Organisation and Events Officer is responsible to the Vice Principal Staff & Operations and
the Director of Timetabling & Operations for the duties outlined below, in accordance with Catholic
Regional College Caroline Springs policies and procedures.
The purpose of the role is to support the effective day-to-day operation of the College through the
coordination of Daily Organisation processes and the administration of camps, excursions, cultural
immersion programs, events and other student activities. The role provides high-level administrative
support across a range of operational functions, ensuring the accurate and timely management of
staff absences, replacement arrangements, student program documentation, communications,
compliance requirements and liaison with external providers.
The Daily Organisation and Events Officer works closely with the Director of Timetabling & Operations
to ensure the efficient delivery of Daily Organisation processes, including staff replacement allocation,
room changes and operational adjustments. The role also works closely with the Vice Principal Staff &
Operations and relevant program leaders to support the administration and delivery of camps,
excursions, events and student programs across the College.
As a member of the College staff, the Daily Organisation and Events Officer will promote and uphold
the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. The Daily
Organisation and Events Officer will actively participate in the implementation of the College vision
and mission statement and be guided by the College motto of Live Fully Act Justly.
