- Handle communications end to end across different channels and communication platforms
- Create and update process SOPs by aligning with different stakeholders
- Handle communication with partner teams with respect to setting up processes and data sharing
- Handling social media servicing end to end across platforms
- Expertise in handling large data and analyzing trends
- Experience in automating manual processes for process efficiency
- Digital transformation and journey mapping
