Bar Server (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and comfortable

- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies

- Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

- Engage with guests and provide recommendations on drinks, specials, and promotions

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bar Server or in a similar role

- Knowledge of different types of drinks and their preparation methods

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and credit card transactions

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
