Bartender

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join Silversea's luxury cruise team. The Bartender is responsible for delivering refined, personalized beverage service across assigned bars and lounges while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

• → Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• → Provide warm, personalized and professional service to guests.
• → Recommend premium beverages and confidently engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• → Maintain bar cleanliness, presentation, equipment, and stock levels.
• → Complete opening, setup, service, and closing procedures.
• → Prepare garnishes, ingredients, and bar components according to recipes.
• → Support cocktail parties, receptions, tastings, and special events.
• → Maintain accurate stock control, requisitions, rotations, and breakage records.
• → Follow all company, safety, sanitation, and Public Health standards.

• Valid STCW95 certification.
• Minimum 3 years' bartending experience in a luxury hotel, high-end bar, or cruise environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Physically and medically fit for shipboard duties.
