Position: Chinese/Mandarin Speaking Crew Member

Position Overview:

As a Chinese/Mandarin speaking crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Chinese-speaking guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience on board our ships. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with language barriers, and helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison between the ship's crew and Chinese-speaking guests

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, with a focus on our Chinese-speaking guests

- Assist with language barriers by translating announcements, menus, and other materials

- Conduct language classes and cultural activities for guests

- Help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests

- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times

- Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin (written and spoken)

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Previous experience in the hospitality or cruise industry is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
