Position: German Speaking Crew Member

Job Description:

As a German Speaking Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking guests on board our cruise ships. You will be a part of our international team and will have the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting German-speaking guests during embarkation and throughout their stay on the cruise ship

- Providing information about onboard activities, excursions, and services to German-speaking guests

- Assisting with translation and interpretation for German-speaking guests as needed

- Ensuring that German-speaking guests' needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

- Participating in safety drills and emergency procedures as required

- Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Requirements:

- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work long hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different cultures and nationalities

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
