German Speaking Butler

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome in German 

- Assist with luggage and escort guests to their cabins

- Provide personalized, attentive service to guests throughout their stay On Board Cruise Ship

- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and requests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience

- Serve meals and beverages in a professional and elegant manner

- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seamless service delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including cabins and common areas

- Assist with onboard events and activities, such as cocktail parties and excursions

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Follow all safety and security procedures on board

- Adhere to company standards and policies at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)

- Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or butler role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Impeccable grooming and presentation

- Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette

- Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends and holidays

- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
