- Substitute for the Assistant Maître d'hôtel
- Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
- Support of the Assistant Maître during the day-to-day business and the creation of the duty roster
- Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
- Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
- Contact person for passengers for suggestions, proposals or complaints
- Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
- Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)
- Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
- Very good expertise in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage / wine knowledge
- Passionate hosts with friendly, polite and correct manners
- Leader with the talent to inspire guests and team members
- Quality and cost awareness
- Very good knowledge of German and good English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
