Houseman

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all public areas of the ship, including hallways, elevators, lounges, and restrooms

- Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces in public areas

- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed

- Stock and maintain supplies in public restrooms

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities on the ship

- Work alongside other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy environment

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department

- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to any requests or inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
