Residence Lounge Associate

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lounge.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings.

• Input orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure that orders are delivered promptly and accurately to the guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar area, tables, and seating.
• Ensure that glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment are clean and properly sanitized.

• Promote special offers, happy hour deals, and promotions to encourage additional sales.
• Upsell premium menu items or recommend pairings with food selections.

• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Provide change and receipts to guests, and process credit card transactions.
