Remote Spanish Speaker Healthcare Support Specialist

As part of the Consumer Care team, you'll represent the brand directly to its customers. Your role will involve offering guidance, responding to product questions, handling concerns, and even engaging with consumers across digital channels.

Using empathy, active listening, and strong communication, you'll work to clearly understand each inquiry and provide the right level of support especially in more delicate situations. You'll also build solid knowledge of the product range and consumer needs, becoming a reliable source of information. Your insights and ideas will be valued as we continuously improve the service experience.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Great verbal communication skills and active listening
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus
• Good typing speed and digital literacy (MS Office included)
• Strong organizational skills and good judgement
