  Create targeted sourcing strategies for Loan Officers; conduct industry and candidate prospect research; identify and utilize multiple recruitment sources to develop a pool of candidates.

  Source, screen, evaluate and recommend a diverse list of candidates and maintain a network of contacts within the mortgage banking industry.

• →

  Manage a virtual assistant to make cold calls and schedule appointments.

• →

  Handle all email invitations, text reminders, initial calls, follow-up, and live/virtual recruiting efforts with the Regional Vice President.

• →

  Work closely with respective Branch Managers to include presenting candidate(s), consulting and advising on effective recruiting strategies and techniques.

• →

  Participate in weekly update meetings with the leadership team to advise on recruiting strategy progress.

• 1 years’ experience recruiting in any industry, required.

• 2+ years’ phone sourcing and engaging talent, a plus.

• Salesforce experience, a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
