Collision Repair Estimator

M&J Auto Body Services, located in Van Nuys, CA, is seeking a motivated and experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. We are a family-owned business offering state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology to deliver the highest quality collision repair services. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).

• →Proven experience (2+ years) as an Auto Body Estimator, Collision Estimator, or similar role in a body shop environment
• →Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
• →Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including damage assessment, parts identification, and cost calculation
• →Familiarity with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell) and industry standards
• →Excellent communication and customer service skills
• →Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• →Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
• →Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
• →Certification (e.g., I-CAR or ASE) is a plus
• →High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
