Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Program Manager to support the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). This position is a hybrid opportunity on a new 5 year contract!

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology 
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and/or relevant cybersecurity leadership competency certifications 
• Demonstrated experience providing enterprise cybersecurity and network monitoring support services
