The appointee will be responsible for (a) delivering home-based health intervention; (b) monitoring abnormal records; (c) providing necessary health information to support the participants; (d) collecting health and survey data from participants; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should be/have (i) registered nurses in Hong Kong; (ii) a valid Practising Certificate issued by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong; (iii) at least 3 years’ post-registration clinical experience; (iv) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); (v) good communication skills; (vi) good computer skills; (vii) the ability to multitask and work independently; and (viii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
