- Located in Parramatta with hybrid working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 up to $113,579 pa plus super
We're looking for an Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across a busy and dynamic team.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide a broad range of administrative, financial, and secretariat services that support the effective delivery of business operations and program outcomes.
You will play a key role in maintaining business systems, coordinating meetings and stakeholder activities, managing records and information, and ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and customer focused.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, including the preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Managing records, databases, and business information systems to ensure information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.
- Supporting financial administration activities and coordinating finance management processes.

You are a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively and are confident navigating complex administrative processes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience managing records, databases, and business information systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
