The Harvey Norman Bundall Bathroom’s team is seeking a passionate and driven Manager/2IC. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Great Service, Always!

Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential – we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.

• →Drive sales and gross profit targets
• →Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
• →Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
• →Ensure all sales processes are completed thoroughly
• →Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards
• →Communicate with suppliers and manage faulty stock returns
• →Act as a key point of contact for customers
• →Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
• →Represent the brand professionally and proactively manage expectations
• →Maintain product knowledge and engage with customer needs

• 2–5 years retail experience
• Previous management experience in a retail environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to leadership
