Our tool room machinists build and repair the tooling that makes our extrusions — dies, calibration and sizing tooling, fixtures, and machine parts. You'll run manual lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses, work from prints to tight tolerances, and turn parts around fast when production needs them. Day shift, 8:00 to 5:00 with an hour for lunch, Monday through Friday. This is skilled work — we don't train from scratch, so you'll need real machine-shop experience building or repairing tooling. CAD, CAM, and CNC are a real plus but not required; solid manual machining is what matters most. Pay is based on what you bring, and we'll be straight with you about it.
