Our maintenance technicians keep the plant running — preventive and corrective work on the extruders, downstream lines, and the equipment around them: dryers, chillers, conveyors, grinders, compressors, and material handling. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, read schematics, work on motors, drives, and controls, and get production back up fast when something goes down. Day shift, 8:00 to 5:00 with an hour for lunch, Monday through Friday. This is skilled work — we don't train from scratch, so you'll need real maintenance experience. We hire across the range, from techs with a few solid years to advanced people comfortable with PLCs, VFDs, and 3-phase controls. Pay is based on what you bring, and we'll be straight with you about it.
