SENIOR BI ANALYST

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate them into scalable BI and reporting solutions
• Design, build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models, with strong focus on usability, performance and reuse
• Define and implement KPIs, measures and business logic together with business owners, ensuring consistent interpretation across the organization
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to shape end-to-end data and BI solutions, building on reusable and certified data products wherever possible
• Drive self-service BI through reusable solutions, user enablement and common reporting standards
• Support the simplification and modernization of the BI landscape, including the transition from legacy reporting solutions towards Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

• Strong hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, analytics or reporting, with a track record of delivering solutions used by business stakeholders
• Strong PowerBI expertise, including semantic modelling, DAX, visualization and performance optimization
• Strong ETL/DDL/DML fundamentals, SQL skills and practical understanding of dimensional data modelling and analytical data structures
• Experience with modern data platforms; Microsoft Fabric and Azure experience is a strong advantage
• Strong business orientation and ability to turn business questions into meaningful KPIs, insights and intuitive BI solutions
• Experience modernizing legacy BI/reporting environments or working in financial services or another regulated environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland)
