Job Title

Quantity Surveyor / Sr. Quantity Surveyor

This role will support the Development & Commercial Advisory team to ensure successful delivery of commercial management and quantity surveying projects particularly in Singapore & the rest of Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Preparation and management of project budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.

Ensure all commercial and quantity surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and professional qualifications.
With over or 8 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating strong expertise and industry knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
