  Deliver valuations for retail and mixed-use properties

  Provide strategic advice to a wide range of clients

  Build and maintain strong client relationships

  Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines

  Prepare complex cash flows and investment scenarios in Excel and Argus Developer

• MRICS qualified

• Experience in mixed valuations (commercial & retail)

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Argus Enterprise & Developer

• Strong understanding of income-driven investment valuations and development appraisals

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
