Director of Credentialing & Operations - Cynet Locums

As Director of Credentialing & Operations, you will work with a team of Credentialing Associates and Coordinators and provide comprehensive support services to our CSMs and recruiters in the credentialing and operational process for our Locum Physicians and APPs during onboarding and maintain their compliance with us at all times.

• Formulate Credentialing strategies and maintain KPIs and SLAs for the Credentialing team.
• Communicate and update clients, providers, organizations, licensing boards, and facilities to obtain necessary documents, meet deadlines, and complete tasks
• Communicate with healthcare providers and handle any escalations during the onboarding process.
• Maintain and audit all Credentialing records as per industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee provider licensing by applying for licenses according to state requirements and legal and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the team provides white-glove customer service to the Provider, MSOs, Boards, and internal staff
• Maintain credential files in an orderly and current manner.
• Provides research and administrative support to special projects.
• Ensures HIPAA guidelines are respected by safeguarding protected health information in the capacity of the position and responsibilities.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all sensitive information in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
• Create and maintain operational efficiencies with the delivery teams. 

• 5+ Years experience in credentialing and onboarding for Physicians, Dentists, APPs
• 3+ years in leading and mentoring team members
• Prior experience in HR or Recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Healthcare domain is a plus.
