The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance is an essential individual contributor within the Strategic Finance team who bridges month-end financial execution with long-term strategic decision-making. In this role, you will lead core financial modeling, variance analyses, and budgeting processes to ensure executive leadership and key stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. You will partner closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business Leadership to maintain financial integrity, optimize reporting workflows, and elevate forecasting accuracy. Through rigorous analysis and data storytelling, you will directly inform strategic planning and support high-stakes financial deliverables.

  Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic, scalable financial models in Excel and connected planning tools to support core forecasting cycles.

  Month-End Partnering: Partner with the Accounting team during month-end close to sync results and perform immediate budget-vs-actual variance analysis.

  Forecasting & Planning: Support the execution of monthly pacing, quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP) models.

  Margin & Variance Analysis: Monitor key revenue and cost drivers across business units to deliver proactive variance analysis and strategic actionable insights.

  Systems Administration: Maintain data architecture, workflows, and data integrity within internal FP&A and financial reporting platforms.

  Stakeholder Deliverables: Prepare data-verified presentations and financial analysis for senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and external partners.

  Data Reconciliation: Oversee cross-platform financial data reconciliation processes to ensure total accuracy across internal and external reporting channels.

  Process Optimization: Identify and implement ongoing improvements to financial workflows, automated reporting models, and cross-functional communication channels.

• Relevant Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a closely related analytical discipline.

• Modeling Expertise: Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining complex, dynamic financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Accounting & Operations: Strong understanding of core accounting concepts, financial statements, and the operational nuances of the monthly close process.

• Analytical Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial datasets into clear, executive-level summaries and actionable recommendations.

• Financial Systems: Hands-on experience with modern FP&A planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, Abacum) and BI software like Tableau.

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
