Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being part of a mission that matters? Daniels Health is looking for a Hospital Service Technician to join our team and help support hospitals across Illinois with critical medical waste services.

This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

This role will help to service multiple Green Bay locations

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.

Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.

Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.

Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.

Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.

Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.

Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

Someone who’s physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.

A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.

Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.

Reliable transportation

A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.

Consistent hours – Monday to Friday,7am to 3pm

Competitive pay - This role is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $21-23 / hr

We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden.
