Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant Manager, you’ll lead daily food service operations while supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales, operational, and guest satisfaction goals.

→Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure food quality, availability, and a clean, welcoming store environment.
→Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, people-focused team.
→Drive Sales & Inventory: Grow food sales, manage inventory levels, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
→Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain standards and ensure readiness for guests and inspections.
→Oversee Food Safety: Lead food safety and compliance efforts, ensuring ServSafe standards are upheld.
→Support Store Leadership: Step in as acting Store Manager when needed.
