- First GTM hire, full ownership: Build the entire revenue systems layer from scratch — architecting the playbook, not executing someone else's.
- Strong backing and early traction: $4M seed from Floodgate, Peak XV, and Y Combinator; enterprise customers including Google and DoorDash sending millions of calls monthly; $100K ARR in under a month during YC.
- Engineering-flavored GTM: Base-only, no-quota role that treats pipeline and outbound as engineering problems — measured by pipeline created and rep efficiency gained, not dashboards built.
- Not available — the role page includes an intake video but no transcribed summary.
Bluejay is hiring its first Founding GTM Engineer to build the automated systems behind the company's revenue motion from scratch. This is a base-only, no-quota role at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, treating pipeline and outbound as engineering problems to be instrumented, iterated, and scaled.
