Bluejay is building the simulation, observability, and self-improvement layer for Voice AI agents, with a mission to be the trust layer between AI and humanity. Founders Faraz and Rohan left Microsoft and AWS, where they built critical infrastructure for MSFT Copilot and AWS Bedrock. Voice is the hardest modality for AI, and Bluejay builds the evaluation infrastructure to make voice agents reliable enough to succeed with real customers.

In just one year, Google, DoorDash, public healthcare companies, public banks, most drive-through fast-food chains, and corporations across five continents have used Bluejay to understand and improve their Voice AI agents. As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll architect and develop systems that simulate, analyze, and evaluate conversational AI agents across voice and multimodal systems, and design resilient, scalable AWS infrastructure to handle millions of real-time conversations. This is a high-bar, full-ownership, customer-facing role on a 10-person team.

• 1+ years of experience (JD body references 2+; confirm)
• High technical bar with proficiency across the stack, specifically databases, AWS, and AI engineering
• Ability to obsess over details and lead technical execution, ideally with experience building high-traffic features at scale
• An exceptional signal: a strong bachelor's degree and/or prior experience at a top fast-growing startup
• Strong communicator and personable (customer-facing role)
• Able to work in person in SF, 5 days a week, 9-7
