Crustdata is hiring a Content Lead to own all indexed content — blogs, landing pages, and use case pages — built to perform in both traditional SEO and AI-driven answer engines (AEO). This is not a social content role; the mandate is to make Crustdata the best in its space in indexed content performance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own all indexed content: blogs, landing pages, use case pages, and newsletters
- →Plan and execute a content strategy focused on SEO and AEO performance
- →Write the majority of the content personally while using AI tools to scale output
- →Optionally manage a small team of outsourced writers, while remaining hands-on
- →Continuously update and improve existing content to maintain and grow indexed performance

Requirements

- Proven SEO/AEO track record at a fast-growing company
- Strategist and executor, not oversight-only
- Data-driven, analytical mindset

- AI-fluent content production
- Proven track record building a successful content strategy at a fast-growing company with strong SEO/AEO results
- Comfortable being both the strategist and the primary executor of content production
- Fluent use of AI tools to scale content output without sacrificing quality
- Experience managing outsourced writers while remaining hands-on
- Pure oversight or management background without hands-on content production
- No demonstrated SEO/AEO track record or measurable content performance results
