Crustdata is hiring a Content Lead to own all indexed content — blogs, landing pages, and use case pages — built to perform in both traditional SEO and AI-driven answer engines (AEO). This is not a social content role; the mandate is to make Crustdata the best in its space in indexed content performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own all indexed content: blogs, landing pages, use case pages, and newsletters
  • Plan and execute a content strategy focused on SEO and AEO performance
  • Write the majority of the content personally while using AI tools to scale output
  • Optionally manage a small team of outsourced writers, while remaining hands-on
  • Continuously update and improve existing content to maintain and grow indexed performance

Tools: AI content-generation tooling; SEO/AEO and content-analytics tooling (specific stack not specified)

Requirements

  • Proven SEO/AEO track record at a fast-growing company
  • Strategist and executor, not oversight-only
