Jampack is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to own the core platform powering its AI agents and customer experience. The moat isn't the model — it's the scaffolding: the software infrastructure that connects AI to real-world systems (ERPs, 3PLs, retailers, freight partners) with real-world reliability. Downtime means missed shipments and chargebacks for real brands, so the stakes — and the ownership — are real.

• →Take customer-facing features from concept to production — talk to users, design the solution, build it, watch them use it
• →Design secure, auditable data models and event-driven pipelines that power AI agent workflows
• →Develop internal and external APIs and a real-time operator console giving customers full visibility into their operations
• →Build first-party integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, retailers, and freight partners, plus a resilient sync layer that keeps everything in lockstep
• →Establish observability, SLOs, and on-call practices for mission-critical workflows
• →Work across the full stack — backend, data engineering, and frontend — wherever the highest-leverage problem lives
