• →Own a meaningful piece of the company's growth end to end — spotting the right bets, building playbooks, and executing
• →Drive 0–1 go-to-market strategy to scale the user base toward a national launch
• →Run growth experimentation across in-person events, digital, and pop-ups
• →Optionally, help source and hire for the founding team
• →Work directly with founders and engineering to turn user feedback into decisions

• 1–4 years in a high-performance environment such as an early-stage startup, consulting, or investment banking
• A systems thinker who's comfortable operating amid ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine ownership mindset — able to run initiatives independently, pairing hands-on execution with high-level strategic judgment
• Able to work on-site in San Francisco (relocation supported)

• A track record of owning projects end to end and identifying the right bets yourself
• Experience across go-to-market/growth, recruiting, or turning user feedback into product decisions
• Background working on widely used AI-driven consumer products
