Senior Software Engineer

• →Own end-to-end development of the platform that automates data-production pipelines for frontier AI labs
• →Make architectural and design decisions independently, raising the bar for how the product looks, feels, and performs
• →Act as a technical lead for a small pod of engineers, mentoring and unblocking teammates
• →Partner directly with operations to turn high-leverage problems into product solutions
• →Use AI coding tools daily to multiply your output while critically evaluating their results

Tech stack: TypeScript · Full-stack (frontend + backend) · AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot)

• 5–10 years building full-stack product engineering, with a track record of owning architecture decisions or mentoring other engineers
• Hands-on experience at a startup or small team shipping products from 0→1
• A product-minded builder who talks to users and makes design calls independently
• A CS or technical degree (Math, Physics, Engineering) from a strong program
• A full-stack generalist comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Daily, critically-evaluated use of AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot)
• Clear communicator who works well with non-technical operators and stakeholders

• DevOps / infrastructure experience
• Strong product and design taste — you care about how things look and feel

• Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
• Work policy: On-site, 5 days/week
• Compensation: $230K–$280K + equity
