• →Manage end to end delivery of BMS scope on construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• →Coordinate with MEP/CSA teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure BMS installation and integration align with the overall construction programme.
• →Oversee commissioning and system integration of BMS with HVAC, power, lighting, security, fire alarm and other building services, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• →Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders for all BMS related issues, providing technical guidance and regular progress reports.

Common requirements

• →Strong technical knowledge of BMS and building services (HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, etc.).
• →Several years of experience delivering BMS projects, ideally in construction or data center environments, with proven project management skills (cost, schedule, risk).
• →Ability to read and review control drawings, sequences of operation, and commissioning documentation, plus good communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Compliance and Safety

• →Ensure all BMS scope on construction projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. 
• →Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. 

 
REQUIREMENTS: 

• →Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• →Relevant certifications (e.g., BMS, HVAC, PMP) are highly desirable. 
• →Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS engineering construction & commissioning  projects, preferably in a data center.
• →Proven track record of managing BMS installation projects.
• →Strong proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric). 
• →Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• →Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. 
• →Effective communication and presentation skills. 
• →Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
• →Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• →Proficiency in English; knowledge of a local language is a plus.
