About the Role

Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders across different seniority levels.

Keeps multiple workstreams organized and on track without needing reminders on deadlines.

Picks up new processes quickly in an environment where standards are high and details matter.

Nice to Have

A second regional language is a strong advantage for engaging clients across different markets.

Exposure to ITIL frameworks or service delivery standards.

Familiarity with SLA monitoring tools or client-facing reporting dashboards.

Prior exposure to hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
