• →Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures
• →Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• →Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
• →Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
• →Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care
• →Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines)
• →Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active or in-process dental license in the state of Ohio
• Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology
• Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term development
• Open to all experience levels
