We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Prairie Village, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative and efficient environment.

You will be supported by an experienced clinical team, established patient flow, and a practice structure designed to support both productivity and long-term professional growth.

• Established multi-provider practice
• 2 doctor operatories
• 3 hygiene operatories
• Strong hygiene and support team infrastructure
• Comprehensive general dentistry services

• →Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
• →Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• →Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
• →Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
• →Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members
• →Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
