We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Prairie Village, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
  • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support team members
  • Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Kansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
