Due to continued growth and expansion DEA are looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract and engage high quality candidates for our current and future hiring needs.

The successful candidate will play an important role in building strong talent pipelines, developing innovative sourcing strategies, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to support the company’s continued growth.
