• →Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
• →Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
• →Build strong customer relationships, handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
• →Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice

• University degree in a technical field, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Relevant experience in similar positions
• Strong background in industrial distribution, MRO, or technical services
• Proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing teams
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced computer literacy
• Driver’s license (Category B)
• Strong result-driven mindset with excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and outstanding organizational skills
